Do not deserve the one star . After having a small win £180 they closed my account was able sort out with in a hr . Just to wake up to it being closed agin . I can’t with draw my funds because I used Apple Pay and the card on account is the same account so can’t with draw money so I add more money from my bank to be able to withdraw but can’t withdraw. And account has been closed agin . Been waiting all day for a email

Tried to reset my acc but had problem. There is no email to contact Betfair or tel: No. Tough if you can't login. No way of getting the help you need. What is the point in replying to a review to reset a password when that is what the problem is 😡😡😡😡

Worst KYC I've ever experienced in my entire life. Among other things, they are requiring documents that are literally impossible for me to currently have, which makes it impossible for me to pass the KYC. I have submitted so many documents to them already as well. It's not like they are doing this to prevent/limit me from betting on the SB because I only bet on the exchange.

There are much better exchanges to bet on that don't do this and also don't have this insane 5% commission.

It's just not worth it.

I don't know where to start with this corrupt company as after twenty years of exclusive loyalty to Betfair and I mean exclusive loyalty they have closed my account without my permission.

Betfair are now run by the most corrupt operators/bookmakers in history namely Paddy Power and Flutter Entertainment as they merged in 2016 and Paddy Power hold the majority of the stake 54% to 46% so what they say goes Paddy Power are officially Betfair they run the company Betfair doesn't.

Believe me Paddy Power are without doubt the most corrupt bookmakers of all time(read all my reviews on Trustpilot on Betfair and Paddy Power)and I'm truly thankful that I never had a betting account with them as they treat their customers and clients like dirt and laugh in your face when you lose they're an utter disgrace to the industry and should have been stopped from trading years ago and had their licence revoked by the Gambling Commission.

Since Paddy Power entered the market with Betfair in 2016 Betfair has fallen apart and gone to pieces it is no longer the best place in the world to have a betting account its the most corrupt platform in the world and their customers are leaving in their droves and have had enough of being treated like idiots and believe me when I say the Betfair empire will fall it will collapse and go out of business within the next ten years you mark my words.

And guess who runs the Casino on Betfair where every game has an RTP of 10% to 16%(that is a maximum estimate)yep you've guessed it Paddy Power I have put thousands through the Casino and I can say without a shadow of doubt that every single game in the Casino is rigged to the hilt by Paddy Power(its not even a close call it is totally corrupt and fraudulent)and you just have to laugh as it is so blatant they know every single player in the Casino knows what's going on but they don't care just read all the reviews on the corrupt Casino on Trustpilot thousands of reviews all saying the same thing that its rigged.

Have you ever wondered why the Cash Out is suspended just at the time when you want to take your money and Cash Out yep that's Paddy Power doing that on the Sportsbook leaving the Cash Out suspended for ages and ages sometimes upto an hour while games are still going on just to relieve you of your money and to stop you making a profit.

Have you ever wondered while Betfair leaves golfers and tennis players in the markets when they have missed the cut or been knocked out of the tournament its obvious to con the bettor into believing these players are still in the tournament so they can relieve you of more money as they use every tactic and trick in the book to defraud unsuspecting players who don't know what's going on.

Have you ever wondered why Betfair keeps the lay prices artificially high on football matches when the game has virtually finished yep that's to con you aswell and I could go on and on about the tricks of the trade that they employ to con and extract money out of the unsuspecting punter as its been going on for years its nothing new and only the most experienced bettor really knows what's happening.

My last point is to do with the review score on here which used to be about 1.3 and should still be 1.3 because nearly every review was a negative review page after page of negative one star reviews but now since Betfair started to ask their customers for reviews there are a lot of positive reviews(if it says redirected that means Betfair have asked them for a positive review)so in all honesty these positive reviews aren't worth anything as its Betfair asking their customers for reviews that's what has changed the rating to 3.2 and nothing else.

To close Betfair is a scam company run and operated by a disgrace of a betting operator in Paddy Power the biggest con merchants in the industry so please be careful as I have seen it all over the years and it has just got worse and worse and from what I am seeing people have had enough they are leaving Betfair in their droves as they don't want to be cheated out of their hard earned money anymore as they are being taken for idiots but in the end the laugh will be on Betfair a company that used to be brilliant but has now descended into oblivion since Paddy Power acquired the majority share in the business so believe me they will go under the only question is when.

The worse betting site I have ever used. I dont bet often but every time i have played casino on this site ive lost quite a bit compared to any other site. Hardly any bonuses and when you do they pay out nothing compared to what you put in.

So after having my account closed i request a full statement and also a list of the £20000 worth of unsettled bets i have with them.

Despite numerous requests no list of unsettled bets has been supplied leaving me unable to manage my positions elsewhere.

The statement Betfair provided shows the Profit/Loss of the market but not the selections. e.g Champions league +200 +140 +68 +55 +2.57 etc etc. What teams do these figures relate to?

A requirement of their licence is they must treat all customers fairly. By not supplying me with the info i've requested is not treating me fairly and has the potential to cause me huge financial harm. Customer support are unbelievably inept and incompetent. Actually speaking to anyone is impossible and live chat pass you from pillar to post. I am going to make an official complaint to the GC because Chrissie in their internal complaints department seemingly sees nothing wrong with the way i have been treated.

I was a customer of betfair for over 20 years and all that seemingly counts for nothing.

This Company are absolute scam artists!

I have had a Betfair Account for many many years however ANY promotional offer i have on my account that i opt in for is NEVER credited onto my account automatically and i have to constantly go on live chat in order to get free bets that i am entitled to credited onto my account..

I placed a £10 bet yesterday which was for FREE £10 BET - just place £10 worth of Acca or Bet Builder and i opted into the promotion and selected 4 Football Matches with total odds of 1.5 or greater and also included a Cricket game in there as well.

The bet has now been settled as a losing bet and was told earlier on this evening on live chat by an agent called Raul that my bet qualified and i had to wait an hour after the final selections settled in order to get the free bet credited onto my account.

I waited over an hour and went back on live chat and spoke with an agent called Vamshi who basically said the bet did not qualify because it contained a Cricket selection but ignoring the fact that the accmulator contained 4 football selections totalling odds of 1.5 or greater.

When i asked to speak with a Manager he outright REFUSED for me to speak with one despite saying the Manager confirmed that the bet didn't qualify and then closed the chat.

This Company are complete scam artists and simply make it up as they go along with their scam bots on live chat. I am seriously now thinking about closing my Betfair Account down as the bots on live chat are HORRIFIC to deal with and are extremely rude and refuse to believe evidence regarding screenshots and also Manager requests

I won 17.40 pound on a game and it was not credited to my account. I spoke with customer services and they were absolutely dreadful in the way that they handled my problem. I was asked to supply my id for the game and once I gave it to them they proceeded to then transfer me to another agent who told me I was not entitled to a free bet. I was somewhat confused by this time and went back to the original customer service advisor who then asked me for me to answer some security questions. I did so but was informed that they were not the same answer I had previously given them. I was never asked security questions before to the agent. I was trying to explain to the agent that I had only spoken with her some 5 minutes earlier but she was not interested. I was by this time so frustrated with the process I asked for them to close my account. I asked what would happen and they said they would raise a review of my game time and let me know. I had never previously had a problem with Betfair. They have stolen money from me and tried to call me dishonest and fraudulent by trying to claim the money which was mine. Absolutely ridiculous poor service. Shame on you Betfair

I used the chat function to assist with a technical issue I had
Response times could have been a bit better and the chat should be better suited to users on the app (staying online even when temporarily on another app)
However, service from Vishal and later Sean were excellent - hence why a good score
